1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ThikAsroy ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

ThikAsroy is a rental marketplace platform that connects tenants with property listings and lenders with potential tenants. The Platform provides AI-powered matching, a credit-based economy, and tools for listing, discovery, scheduling, and move-in management.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

4. Credit Economy

The Platform operates a virtual credit economy. Credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no monetary value outside the Platform. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing, grant amounts, and earning rates at our discretion. Credits may be revoked if obtained through fraudulent activity.

5. Listings and Transactions

Lenders are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Tenants are responsible for verifying listing details before entering into any agreement. ThikAsroy facilitates connections but is not a party to any rental agreement between users. We do not guarantee the accuracy of listings, AI match scores, or compatibility assessments.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to manipulate AI matching or review systems
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Circumvent credit economy rules or payment systems
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce Platform data without authorization

7. AI Matching and Recommendations

AI match scores, compatibility ratings, and recommendations are provided for informational purposes only. They are based on algorithms and may not reflect actual compatibility. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated suggestions.

8. Reviews and Ratings

Reviews are subject to AI grading and moderation. We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate our policies. Users who submit fraudulent or abusive reviews may have their accounts suspended.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its design, code, branding, and content, is owned by ThikAsroy and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

ThikAsroy is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity. Users may delete their accounts at any time.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
